‘New’ company expands business aviation focus and services

Perryville, Mo., October 20, 2014– Sabreliner Aviation is flying into NBAA 2014 (Exhibit 3663) on the wings of experience and change, including a significantly increased focus on serving the business aviation market with expanded programs and service for more aircraft, according to President Greg Fedele.  The company is investing millions of dollars in training, inventory and capital improvements, and this week unveiled its new CertiFLY division (see separate news release) to provide parts for a range of jet aircraft starting with Gulfstream, Hawker, Cessna and Sabreliner.

Innovative Capital Holdings acquired the assets of the former Sabreliner Corp. in January and reorganized as Sabreliner Aviation. Fedele joined the company in June and began leveraging its broad maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities to reposition Sabreliner Aviation as a world-class flight support center for both commercial and military aircraft.

“Sabreliner Aviation has been known as an MRO, but we are more than that, with expertise ranging from basic maintenance and repair to major overhauls and advanced upgrades,” Fedele said. “Our uniquely broad portfolio of capabilities makes Sabreliner the ultimate aircraft remanufacturing solution.” Specific capabilities include avionics, paint, engines, interiors, composites, research and engineering, structures, testing, and much more.

For many operators, refurbishing an older asset with new technologies and performance enhancements is an affordable option that results in a like-new aircraft. This capability, along with Sabreliner Aviation’s certification as a Part 145 repair station, are important differentiators, as are an experienced workforce and globally recognized brand.

Sabreliner Aviation has the capability and skill to support many business aviation platforms and models, including Bombardier, Cessna, Challenger, Embraer, Falcon, Gulfstream, Hawker, and King Air.

The company is an authorized installation center for Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, Garmin, and L-3 Communications, among others.

Customers and members of the news media are invited to visit the Sabreliner Aviation exhibit (3663) during the National Business Aviation Association Convention & Exhibition, Oct. 21-23 in Orlando, Fla.
